1 jar salsa (your choice of mild, med, or hot)
1 family size bag restaurant style tortilla chips
1 can sliced, pitted black olives
8 ounce bag Colby/Jack shredded cheese
16 ounce tub sour cream

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add refried beans and salsa to meat; mix. Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Cover a plate with tortilla chips. Spread meat mixture on top of chips. Sprinkle black olives and shredded cheese on top of meat.

Microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.
