1 large pkg. cherry, strawberry or black cherry gelatin
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
16 oz cola soda
1 cup maraschino cherries, cut in half and drained
1 can (15 oz.) crushed or tidbits pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans

Dissolve gelatin in hot water with the correct amount on the box. When dissolved, chop up cream cheese and add to gelatin mixture, using a mixer-low setting- blend in the cream cheese until tiny amounts remain.
Next, add soda instead of cold water. Stir, add cherries, pineapple and nuts. Mix well.
Place in refrigerator until firm about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with a meal or as a dessert.
