Original recipe yields 1 serving
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
4-6 cube steak pieces
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
3/4 cup milk or 1 can milk
1-2 tsp fresh minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups prepared white rice

Season your flour with seasoned salt & pepper to taste. Lightly flour your steaks. Now put olive oil in skillet and get hot. Then put your steaks in the hot oil, and brown both sides.

Meanwhile, mix the soup, milk, garlic and salt and pepper together in casserole dish. When steaks are browned then add to the soup mixture. put lid or foil on top.

Bake in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for about 30 to 45 min. Serve over hot white rice and your favorite veggie.
