Cook Brussels sprouts. Drain and season. Partially cook bacon cut in half. Wrap Brussels sprouts with bacon. Secure with toothpick that has been soaked in water 10 minutes. Place on wire rack then onto a cookie sheet.
Place under broiler until bacon is cooked -watch so that it doesn’t burn. Take out and cool slightly. Serve and enjoy!
Or just cook Brussels sprouts with butter and add baked bacon chunks to it. Serve as a main dish. Taste great!
