10 strips crisp turkey bacon (crumble)
1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/4 onion
1 dozen eggs
1 tsp butter
American cheese or cheese of your choice
Flour or wheat tortilla
Salt & pepper

Cook bacon as directed on package. Chop peppers and onions into small bite sized pieces.

Mix eggs in a bowl and add peppers and onions. In a pan, add butter and then add egg mixture.

When half way done, add crumbled bacon, and cook eggs till done and fluffy. Add cheese. Put eggs on tortilla.
