3 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp accent
1/4 tsp pepper
4 slices bread
1/2 cup milk
4 cups water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 can beef consume soup

Put ground beef in bowl. Add finely chopped onion, egg and seasonings. In smaller bowl break bread, add milk and mix till mush. Add to beef mixture, mix well. I use my washed hands.

Once mixture is well mixed, put 4 cups of water in Dutch oven pan. Add the bouillon cubes, the beef consume soup and bring to slow boil.

Put enough flour on plate to flour 3 lb. of ground beef. Roll the beef mixture into small to medium sized meatballs roll in flour and drop in to boiling broth. Simmer for 2 hours.
