2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 pkg non sweetened Kool-Aid
3 eggs
1 stick softened butter
Whipped Cream Icing
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 package Kool-Aid
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix drink mix with the milk until it’s dissolved. Beat all ingredients (in order), scrapping bowl.

Add to greased 9-inch cake pans.

Bake between 25 and 35 minutes.

Whipped Cream Icing - Whip 1 pint heavy cream until soft peaks. Slowly add 1/2 package of Kool-Aid and continue beating until formed peaks. Spread generously on completely cooled cake.
