2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute, very well beaten
1 cup milk, divided
1 cup cheese (I used white cheddar)
Optional additions: bacon, ham, diced tomatoes, etc.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease/flour a 9-inch pie pan (make sure it's very well coated. Combine flour, eggs, and 1/2 cup of milk until smooth. Add remaining 1/2 cup of milk, cheese, and extras; mix till well blended.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until top is slightly browned. Remove from oven and add extra sprinkling of cheese, if desired. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
