Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pound ground beef
1 pkg TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix, Chipotle
1/2 cup water
4 cups broken tortilla chips
2 cans pinto beans with jalapenos, including juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomatoes with green chiles
1 pound KRAFT Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Brown ground beef lightly and drain off grease. Add taco seasoning, and water; stir well; cook until thick.

Put tortilla chips into the bottom of the baking dish with pinto beans spread on top. Pour the meat on top of the beans.

In a separate bowl mix the soup and tomatoes until well blended. Pour over the top of the ground beef. Top with cheddar cheese and cover with foil.

Bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
