For crust: combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Knead butter into this. Make a well. Beat eggs-blend quickly. Let rest 10 min.
For filling: beat ricotta and eggs real good. Then add all of the other ingredients.
Use 2/3 of dough for bottom crust in 9 x 9 pan - pour in filling. Make top crust - prick with fork. Brush top with beaten egg yolk.
Cook 15 minutes at 400 degrees F - then 55 min at 325 degrees F.
