Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Brown the ground beef, lightly, and drain grease. Add seasoning mix and stir well. Pour soup and tomatoes into the meat mixture and heat through. Remove from heat.
Put tortilla chips into the baking dish and top with pinto beans. Next, add the meat mixture and spread evenly. Top with cheese and cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
