4 chopped cooked chicken breasts
1 cup chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
2 cans (8 ounce each) diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Warm flour tortillas
Lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese

Boil chicken till done. Drain chicken in colander.

Add onion, bell pepper, diced tomatoes and green chiles and spices to chicken. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve on warm flour tortillas with lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
