1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Boil chicken till done. Drain chicken in colander.
Add onion, bell pepper, diced tomatoes and green chiles and spices to chicken. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve on warm flour tortillas with lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
