Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups chopped onion
1 lb frozen broccoli florets
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free chicken broth
6 Tbsp Kraft reduced-fat cream cheese
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 tsp red pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions, white and dark green parts

Place Dutch oven over med-high heat until hot. Spray with cooking spray. Add onions, spray onions with cooking spray. Cook for 4 min or until translucent, stir frequently.

Add broccoli & broth, Bring to boil over high heat, reduce to simmer, cover, simmer 10 min or until broccoli is tender.

In blender, puree broccoli mix, 1 cup at a time. Return soup to pan over med heat. Whisk in cream cheese until melted, stir in milk, red pepper and salt. Cook 2 min or until heated through. Top each serving with green onions.
