5 cups rotini pasta
2 cups cubed Kraft Reduced-Fat American Cheese
1 can (12 oz.) fat-free evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
2 tsp chili powder
2 med tomatoes, seeded, chopped
5 green onions, sliced
