1 can (14 oz.) enchilada sauce (any variety-hot, med, mild), divided
1 1/4 cups shredded cheese (5 oz.), divided
9 flour tortillas 6"

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease (cooking spray) 11x7" glass baking dish. In 10" skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce and 3/4 cup of the cheese.

Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas; roll up and place seam sides down in baking dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.
