1 onion, diced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (or more if you like it hotter)
1 can (15 oz.) white beans, drained & rinsed

Put all ingredients in the Slow Cooker EXCEPT the white beans.
Cook on low 4-5 hours, adding the beans during the last 1/2 hour of cooking
Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and crusty bread.
