1 bag (16 oz.) frozen corn
3 small red potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2- inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 lg onion, diced
1 celery rib, sliced
1/2 tsp each of salt & pepper
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/2 cup light cream
8 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
