Cook chicken breasts as directed then cut them into cubes. Dice tomato and set aside along with chicken. Cook broccoli as directed.
In a large skillet, combine all ingredients and set to medium heat until it reaches a light boil. Change to low heat for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
