Original recipe yields 1 serving
24 jumbo shells
1 bag (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Kraft Reduced-Fat Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 Tbsp Kraft Reduced-Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) crushed tomatoes

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray. Cook shells as directed, drain, cool. In lg bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, onions, spices, salt and pepper; mix gently but well.

Pour 1 cup tomatoes over bottom of pan, spoon 1 Tbsp. of broccoli mix into each shell. Place in an even layer in pan ontop of sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil.

Bake for 25-30 min.
