Brown ground beef and onion; drain. In a large 5 qt. pot, combine browned ground beef and onion, ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, Ro*Tel, corn, pinto beans and chili beans. Mix together well and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium or medium-low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally (it does not hurt if simmered longer). As it cooks, the consistency will become more soup like. You can add water if you prefer the consistency to be more soupy.
