Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheets with non-stick spray. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and oats. In a mixer, cream the Splenda Sugar, Brown Sugar Blend, and butter. Beat in the applesauce, egg, vanilla, and raspberry jam. Stir in the flour mixture and raisins just to blend.
Drop the dough with a teaspoon onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until just browned around the edges.
