Fruit:
cup 2/3 to 1 sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
3 cups fresh or frozen berries (with juice)
Butter
Cinnamon
Cobbler:
1-1/2 cups baking mix
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix sugar and cornstarch in pan; gradually stir in water. Bring to boil and boil 1 min, stirring constantly. Add fruit and juice.

Pour into 1-1/2 qt baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drop cobbler mixture by spoonfuls on top of fruit.

Bake 25-30 minutes.
