1 large eggplant, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 medium -sized zucchini, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp olive/canola oil mix, divided
1 pkg (14 oz.) prebaked Italian pizza crust
2 cups Kraft shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Heat a large skillet over med-high heat, and saute all veggies in 1 Tbsp. oil for 10 minutes or until tender.

Layer pizza crust evenly with cheese and eggplant mix. Sprinkle with basil and next 5 ingredients, drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp. oil.

Bake in preheated 425 oven for 10 min or until golden.
