Cut the potatoes into bite size pieces. Place in a baking dish, then drizzle with oil and add seasoning to taste. Toss to cover potatoes. Cut smoked sausage into half-inch medallions, then add to baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and add Kraft Singles and green beans, then cover and place back in oven for additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully mix the ingredients, and serve.
