Mom's Meatloaf

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayonnaise
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 can (10 oz.) vegetable soup
1 cup saltine crackers
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix by hand or large spoon.

Place mixture into ungreased loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour. Take from oven and top with cheese and put back into oven and bake additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and serve hot.
