1 tub e (16.5 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1-1/4 cups white chocolate chips, from an 11 oz pkg.
1 can (14 oz.) light sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips, from an 11.5 oz pkg.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9" square baking pan with foil, enough to overhang sides by 2". Coat with cooking spray. Press cookie dough into bottom of pan, bake 12-15 min or until golden and slightly firm. Cool until set, about 20 min.
In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 cup white chocolate chips on high in 10-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Cool to room temp. Whisk condensed milk, eggs and vanilla into melted white chocolate until blended, pour over cookie layer in pan. Bake 25 min or until golden and set.
Sprinkle with bittersweet chocolate chips, let stand until melted, 5 min. Spread evenly. Melt remaining white chocolate chips, drizzle over bittersweet chocolate. Using a toothpick, swirl the chocolates. Refrigerate 30 min to set. Cut into bars.
