1/4 cup crushed unsalted saltine crackers, about 8 crackers
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
4 sticks Kraft Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese, about 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp butter
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) fat free beef broth
1/2 can water
1 large onion, sliced
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 small red pepper, cut into rings, for garnish

In medium bowl, mix lightly, but thoroughly beef, cracker crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape into oval patties. Enclose 1 cheese stick in center of each patty, covering cheese completely and tightly.
Brown patties in butter in skillet over med heat.
In another large skillet, bring broth and water to a boil. Add patties, surround with onions. Cover, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, and remove meat. Blend cornstarch with a small amount of water, stir into skillet. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add meat patties and heat through, garnish with red pepper rings.
