There are two things to make for this recipe: frozen banana flavored milk ice cream, and peanut butter covered sugar-free Cheerios or like brand of cereal.
For the banana milk ice cream: dice up two bananas while melting 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter with 1/2 teaspoon of a salted cream butter stick in a sauce pan. After the peanut butter and butter have melted together then add your 2 diced bananas to the sauce pan. Simmer and stir often for up to five minutes until the mix becomes a banana paste. Add the banana paste to 33 ounces of milk, stir mixture together well and freeze for up to 3 hours, checking occasionally.
Peanut Butter Covered Cheerios or like brand: melt in the same sauce pan another 1/2 teaspoons of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of a regular salted cream butter stick. After mixture has melted together again, turn off heat and mix in 2.5 oz of non sweetened Cheerios or like brand. Leave in fridge.
The next morning you can eat healthy sugar free peanut butter covered Cheerios over sugar free banana ice cream that you don't have to wait for dessert to enjoy almost as much as dessert or a bread pudding.
