Wash wings, pat dry. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, herbs and parmesan cheese. Add garlic salt and mix well to blend. Melt butter.
Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F. Dip chicken wings, first in butter, then into crumb mixture. Arrange wings in baking dish.
Bake for about 30 min, or until lightly brown. They should be very tender.
