Preheat oven 350°F. Put sugar in pan and place on stove on medium heat till sugar caramelizes to a golden brown. Then pour in mold and set aside.
Place in blender eggs, cream cheese, milks, vanilla and cherries and blend till all ingredients are mixed together. Pour over prepared mold and place in a bigger mold that's deep enough to cover half of mold add water.
Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
