1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can green chilies
2 cans enchilada sauce (you can use either the red or green chilie sauce), divided
Chopped onion (optional)
8 tortilla shells
8 oz cheddar cheese

Cook chicken in slow cooker until very tender (4-6 hours).

Shred chicken and mix with cream cheese, green chilies, and 1 can enchilada sauce. Divide mixture and fill 8 tortilla shells. Pour 1 can enchilada sauce over shells & sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 375°F for 20 minutes.
