1 pork boneless loin roast, 2 pounds
1 pkg (8 ounce) dried fruit pieces or raisins (1.5 cups)
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
