Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup Uncle Ben's Brown Rice
4-6 Perdue Chicken Breasts
1 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
1 sleeve Nabisco Ritz Crackers
1.5 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Follow instructions of Uncle Ben's Brown Rice for preparation.

Cut chicken breasts into strips and place them on a skillet with medium-high heat. Cook thoroughly so no pink is inside. Lower heat to low, medium-low and cover chicken with Kraft Original BBQ Sauce.

Once BBQ has covered chicken completely and is nice and hot, take off of skillet and place onto a pan for a broiler or toaster oven. Break up Ritz crackers with hands and place over chicken. Following that, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Set broiler or toaster oven on "Toast" and place chicken in and leave in until cheese has melted.
