Preheat oven to 400°F. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coat well. Spray a 13 x 9- inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
