Prepare elbow macaroni according to pkg. directions.
With burner on low to med low, add milk to 4 qt pan. Add cubed cheeses and American cheese slices, stirring constantly. When cheeses are melted add garlic, onion powder, paprika and salt.
Pour over cooked and drained elbow macaroni and stir. Enjoy!
