Clean pumpkin seeds in a bowl of water and make sure all the stringy pumpkin parts are off all the seeds.
Line a baking pan with foil and grease the pan. Mix the seeds with all ingredients and spread evenly on the baking pan.
Bake at 250°F for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Increase heat to 325°F for 5 more minutes to get the seeds nice and crispy.
