7 medium size potatoes
2 onions
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
2 cups milk

Peel and slice potatoes. Peel and cut onions into quarter slices.

In a greased 9" x 13" pan, layer potatoes, onions, slices of butter, and sprinkle flour. Continue layering until all items used. Pour in milk.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Stir during baking a few times.
