Prepare taco meat as instructed, adding 1/2 a chopped onion, Taco Bell Salsa, and Kraft Zesty Italian. Let all ingredients cook together for a few minutes.
Pour a light coat of enchilada sauce in a medium size baking dish. Fill each tortilla with meat mix, cheese, and a Tbsp. of enchilada sauce. Roll up ends of tortillas, then sides, placing filled tortillas seam down in a baking dish. Cover tortillas with enchilada sauce. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Put one Tbsp. of sour cream on each enchilada.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
