Fit dough into pan, flute edges and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat. Add ground beef or turkey, onion, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until meat is browned and onions are soft. Drain. Return to pan, add ketchup. Spread mix into crust.
Chop 1/4 cup of the pickles. In bowl, combine eggs, milk, 1 cup cheese and chopped pickles. Pour over meat mix. Top with tomato slices and the rest of the pickles.
Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of cheese, bake additional 5 minutes.
