Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine cumin, cayenne pepper and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese.
Lay dough out flat on cutting board. Evenly sprinkle dough with cumin mix and onion flakes, press into dough. Pull each breadstick apart and twist according to package directions. Place breadsticks on lightly sprayed, (with cooking spray,) baking sheets. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and poppy seeds, pressing into dough gently.
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown. Remove and let cool. When just warm, brush breadsticks with melted butter.
