Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
4 oz chorizo sausage, chopped
1 small zucchini
1 small yellow squash, chopped
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 lb cubed, cooked turkey
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) petite diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
Breakstone's Sour Cream
Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sliced black olives

Let's Make It

In saucepan over med-high heat, cook onions, sausage, zucchini and yellow squash in oil for 5 minutes.

Stir in turkey, chili powder and garlic. Cook for 2 min.

Add tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, simmer for 5 min.

Garnish with Breakstone's Sour Cream, Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese and sliced black olives.
