Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box Uncle Ben's Broccoli Rice Au Gratin
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
4 tablespoons butter
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 stalk fresh broccoli, cut into florets and cooked firm
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Tostitos Salas Con Queso
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (I used fajita chicken already cooked)

Let's Make It

Cook Uncle Ben's Rice according to directions. Saute celery and onions in butter.

Mix everything together and put in a greased 9 x 12 casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly (20-30 minutes).
