Let's Make It
In large pot over med-high heat, cook broccoli until just tender, about 5 min. Drain well.
In separate pot over medium heat, bring cream to a simmer, cook, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened, 4-5 min. Whisk in cheese and mustard until melted and smooth. Heat bacon, break into 1" pieces.
Transfer broccoli to baking dish, top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with bacon.
