Mix Biscuit Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined. Store tightly in refrigerator. Use as needed to make biscuits.
Mix 1 cup biscuit mix (see recipe above) with 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk and stir with a fork. Dough should be soft and slightly sticky. Knead on floured surface about 10 times. Roll out and cut into 6 biscuits.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees F until golden brown.
