Let's Make It
Place oil in frying pan, sauté garlic and onions until lightly golden, remove and save.
Place chicken parts in oil, brown well and season with salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper, then add sliced yellow, red and green pepper, sautéed onions and garlic and green olives and white vinegar and water.
Cover and simmer chicken for 50 minutes, or until tender.
