Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 jar (26 oz.) pasta sauce
1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 pkg (8 count) frozen breaded chicken patties
Oil
1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese, divided
8 oz spaghetti

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine pasta sauce, tomatoes & seasoning in a medium bowl. Brown chicken patties in a little oil.

In a 8x8 dish pour 1/2 cup sauce on the bottom top with 4 chicken patties another 1/2 cup sauce and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining patties & 1/2 cup sauce. Cover with foil and bake until heated through - about 25 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat remaining sauce in a sauce pan to serve over spaghetti. In the last minute of baking remove foil & top with remaining cheese. Serve with spaghetti and sauce.
