Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle pecan chips and flour over melted butter, then mix well and press down to cover bottom of dish. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely.
For 2nd layer, softened cream cheese (30 seconds in microwave) and add powdered sugar. Mix well, and then fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
For 3rd layer, place milk in mixing bowl and add pudding mix. Whisk until well mixed and slightly thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let this layer set.
For 4th layer, top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon.
