Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet cook ground beef, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms until meat is no longer pink; drain and return to pan. Combine 1 can of spaghetti sauce with egg and mix in with the beef mixture. Add the beef mixture to pasta and mix well.
Pour in to a 9 x 13 pan and top with remaining can of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
