Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips and liquor. Mix with spoon and then with the electric mixer. Add chips and mix. Then add the liquor to thin the consistency to a cake mixture (add a little more if needed).
Bake at 325°F for approximately 90 minutes in a Bundt or tube pan.
Pour Glaze over cake once it is on the final display place. Pour so that it runs down the sides and inside edge. It may puddle up in the middle, but that is okay. It will firm up a little once it sits.
