1/2 cup long grain rice uncooked (do not use Minute Rice)
1 large sweet onion, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Melt butter in large skillet then add rice and stir constantly until rice has browned.
Add chopped onion and water, cover and simmer over low heat approximately 20 minutes or until rice is tender and water has been absorbed.
Add Kraft Parmesan Cheese stir, cover and remove from heat. Let set for approximately 3 minutes and serve.
